General Manager & CMO
Dr. Meera Jayakumar completed her MBBS in 2008 and proceeded to do her masters in Pathology from K.S. Hegde Medical Academy, from where she graduated with highest accolade in 2015 and with the impel to impart knowledge pursued her career as Assistant Professor in DR SMCSI Memorial Medical College where she was instrumental in mentoring budding doctors and post graduate fellows as well. She acquired her DOH License as Specialist Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist in 2019 and since then has been heading a tertiary care referral lab which she has successfully guided through many local and international accreditation processes. She is adept at multi-tasking, leading group discussions and projects and remains motivated to achieve outstanding success through prompt communication and a helpful approach. She has completed her certificate course in Clinical Laboratory Management from the fabled institute of IIM – Ahmedabad. She is also a trained Internal auditor for ISO 15189 and member of ASQ.
Chief Scientific Officer (CSO)
During over thirty years of his professional career in the National Laboratory, Academia, and private companies, Min and his teams developed, managed, and executed more than $400 million in R&D projects in cancer, genomics, and renewable energy in the US and Korea, China, and the UAE. His current research and development efforts are in precision medicine, AI in genomic medicine, and advanced diagnostics. He served on international scientific committees, including NIH-USA, DOE-USA, NSF-USA, NSERC-NSFCanada, WHO, Welcome Trust UK, NSF-China, and National S&T Panel-Korea. Min graduated from Leadership Los Alamos, Leadership New Mexico, and LANL Director’s Distinguished Leadership Program.
Deputy Lab Director
Dr. Neepaja is a MOH-licensed Clinical Pathologist with over six years of experience in diagnostic pathology and laboratory management. She has successfully led laboratories through CAP, EIAC, and NABL accreditations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Since August 2025, she has been serving as Deputy Lab Director at Sanimed International Lab, where she continues to drive innovation, mentor teams, and enhance diagnostic accuracy for improved patient care.
